大陆应对台湾地区开放人民币兑换业务的若干建议

据媒体报道,中国台湾行政当局于2008年6月30日起开放岛内人民币兑换业务。文章建议大陆应从进一步完善两岸人民币和新台币现钞头寸清算渠道,完善新台币兑换配套措施,建立两岸货币跨岸流通定点监测报告制度及联手打击两岸外汇黑市和制贩假币活动等方面加以应对,促进两岸货币兑换秩序健康高效运行。
