摘    要:
虚拟团队能更好地适用于跨组织、跨空间和文化界限的沟通,并且能够提供相当的竞争优势。研究表明影响虚拟团队效能的要素主要包括:团队凝聚力、分工协作、技术、虚拟团队学习、使用新方法和组织文化。有必要进一步系统研究这些重要因素,并认识它们的关键作用,以帮助潜在用户制定关于虚拟团队工作潜在影响的非正式决策。

Abstract:
This paper are presently engaged in planning research to explore the problems and prospects for the application of multimedia communications technologies in support of virtual group working within a range of commercial and public sector organisations, looking in particular at the relationships between outcomes, group tasks and organisational factors. By way of motivating this work, The most likely reason is that important social, psychological, technical and organisational factors are not taken into account when virtual group working is being contemplated. Past research suggests that these include: group cohesion, coordination, technologies, learning new methods for virtual teamworking, and organizational culture. It is using in future work to systematically explore the issues discussed here to help potential users make better informed decisions about the potential impacts of virtual teamworking.
