| 摘 要： | 农村人力资源开发是安徽依托中部崛起促发展的客观要求，是解决安徽农村剩余劳动力转移和实现农民增收的战略切入点，是调整安徽农业经济结构的迫切需要和实现安徽农村现代化和全面建设小康社会的重要途径。文章系统分析了安徽农村人力资源的特点和现状，对安徽农村人力资源开发做了有益的探索，旨在为安徽崛起、农业发展探索出一条新的发展之路。

| Abstract: | The requirment of rural personal resources which based on the rise of mid - China, which to solve th problem of Anhui transference of surplus manpower resource and the key to increase of farmers＇ income. Also it is the urgent request of adjust of economic agriculture structure and the essential way to build a well-being society in every sense and modernization of countryside.The thesis systamatieally analyzes the characteristics and present situation of Anhui Province rural personal resources and explored deeply on it in every aspect, which aim to find a new way of agriculture development and the rise of Anhui ecomic. |
