| 摘 要： | 智能电网的发展已成为世界各国电力工业应对未来挑战的共同选择，是21世纪电力系统的发展方向。智能电表作为智能电网建设的重要基础装备，加快其发展对于电网实现信息化、自动化、互动化具有重要支撑作用。介绍了智能电袁的发展及应用现状，分析了智能电网建设对智能电表的技术要求。对国家电网公司智能电表产业化发展提出了建议。
