河南省民办高校党组织建设现状调查

民办高校是社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,在加强党的执政能力建设中负有重要的历史使命。目前,61%的河南省民办高校建立了党组织,但是党组织缺少进入学校决策和管理层次的机制,党建工作缺乏相应的管理规范,党员数量偏少。党的各级领导机关应加强对民办高校党建工作的宏观指导,建立健全民办高校党建工作的管理制度和党政工团一体化工作体系,完善民办高校党建工作的监督机制。
