| 摘 要： | 合同管理是项目管理的核心工作。合同管理绩效反映了项目管理的总体效果。分析了合同管理绩效的特点,阐述了评价合同管理绩效应从结果绩效与行为绩效两个方面着手的原因,提出了结果绩效与行为绩效评价的主要绩效目标。
