基于回收不确定的闭环供应链优化模型

摘    要:采用由制造商、供应商和第三方回收商构成的具有分销、再制造和再利用功能的闭环供应链,研究了回收价格和初期投入不确定情况下的再制造渠道选择问题。参照基础平衡模型,对废旧品回收过程中再制品和新产品的价格、成芩和利润进行了定量分析,提出了基于回收不确定的闭环供应链优化模型,可为闭环供应链分销渠道设计和企业生产提供借鉴。

Abstract:Basing on the loop supply chains which consisted of manufacturers, suppliers and the third-party recyclers, and each of them perform the specific function of retailing, remanufacturing and recycling, this paper studied the remanufacturing channel choices under the conditions of uncertainties of recycling prices and initial investment. Based on Equilibrium Model, we did quantitative analysis to the prices, costs and profits for recycled products and new products under the recycling process, proposed the loop supply chain optimization model based on recycling uncertainty, which could provide references for the retailing channels design and productions of enterprises.
