转移支付制度国内研究文献综述

规范的转移支付制度对实现地区间公共服务均等化具有重要作用,但是我国现行的转移支付制度在实现公共服务均等化作用上具有很大的局限性,已有的研究中过多的是对转移支付制度定性的研究,缺乏定量的研究与分析,在转移支付制度的效果和改革方向上还有大量有待研究的空间。

Summary of Domestic Document on the Transfer Payments System

The transfer payments system is important to implement the balance of the level of local public service supply, but there is a great deal of limitation on our current system of transfer payments to achieve its goal. There are too many qualitative research on the studies of the system of transfer payments, and few quantitative research and analysis on the system of transfer payments, so there is a great deal of space on effects and the reform direction of the transfer payments system to be studied.
