影响农民参加农村社会养老保险的需求因素分析——基于宝鸡模式的研究

农村社会养老保险制度关系到农村社会经济的稳定发展，是农民福利改进的一种主要途径。本文通过构建农民参加农村社会养老保险的需求函数，分析政府在新农保中的投入、政府构建的新农保制度、农民收入、农民对养老保险模式的偏好以及农民参保后的收益水平是如何影响农民参加农村社会养老保险的，并在此基础上以宝鸡模式为例，进一步分析了这些因素作用于养老保险制度的机理，最后，依据合作思想提出了促进新农保发展的政策建议。

Analysis of the Demanded Factors of Affecting the Rural Social Pension Insurance——Based on Baoji Mode

The rural social pension insurance system is a main way to improve the farmers＇ welfare , which relates to stable development of the rural social economy. In this paper, It will throngh building demanded function of the farmers participating in rural social endowment insurance , analyse the government investment and the government building, the income of peasants and farmers preference for old - age insurance model , farmers income levels after the insured and how these faeters affect farmers＇ joinning in rural social endowment insurance. Based on this taking the Baoji pattern as the example, It has further analyzed these factor function in the old - age insurance system＇ s mechanism. Finally it proposes the policy suggestions to promote the development of this new type of rural social pension insurance depending on the cooperative mind.
