掺硅二氧化钛复合薄膜超亲水性研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在普通载玻片上制备TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜,文章研究了SiO2添加量对润湿角的影响。结果表明:通过在TiO2薄膜中加入SiO2,能显著降低薄膜的润湿角,超亲水性状态可以保持很长时间;当SiO2添加量为30%时,在紫外光照1h,薄膜的润湿角接近0°,光催化活性最佳。

Abstract:TiO2-SiO2 thin films were prepared on slide glass substrates by sol-gel method. The effect of the amount of SiO2 on contact angle of water of TiO2-SiO2 thin films was investigated. The results indicated that the contact angle of water was reduced as a result of adding SiO2 to TiO2 thin film. The super-hydrophilic state can be maintained for a long time. The contact angle of water on TiO2-SiO2 thin films was about 0°after UV-irradiation for 1 h,and the photocatalytic activity reached to the highest spot when the amount of SiO2 is 30% (in mole).
