| 摘 要： | 笔者在归纳技术推动制造业升级的三种一般性模式的基础上,针对上海现状提出上海制造业升级的模式是技术移植+自主创新模式逐步向自主创新+全球合作模式过渡。并进一步剖析在过渡模式条件下高新技术融入制造业、推动制造业升级的三种路径。研究表明,上海需要从推动传统制造业进行技术改进与创新、通过高新技术产业化创造增量产业、推进技术型生产性服务业与先进制造业动态融合三方面共同加强政策引导,才能全面实现制造业能级的提升。

| Abstract: | Based on summarizing of three general patterns of manufacturing industry upgrade,the author argues that the pattern of Shanghai manufacturing industry upgrade is in the transition from technology transplant + independent innovation pattern to independent innovation+global collaboration pattern.The author further analyzes three paths of high-tech blending in manufacturing and promoting manufacturing upgrade under the condition of transition.The study shows that Shanghai needs to strengthen policy guidance from three aspectsto fully achieve the goal of manufacturing upgrade,including: improving technical innovation of traditional manufacturing,creating new industries through industrialization of high-tech,promoting dynamic fusion of technology oriented producer service and advanced manufacturing. |
