矿产资源经济分析的理论与方法

矿产资源经济分析是制定矿产资源开发利用管理政策的依据,是编制矿产资源规划的基础工作,也是规划的重要内容。矿产资源经济分析包括背景分析、矿产资源禀赋分析、矿产资源开发利用现状分析、矿产资源需求预测、矿产资源供应能力分析、保证程度分析、开发利用与保护对策分析等七项基本内容和步骤,开展矿产资源经济分析的基本方法是定性分析和定量分析,以定量分析为主,结合定性分析。定量分析可分为矿产资源经济评价方法和经济预测两大类,构成了矿产资源经济分析的基本框架。

The Theory and Methods for Analysis of Mineral Resource Economy

The paper first introduces the main contents concerning mineral resource analysis,these include: background,endowment,the current situation of exploitaion and utilization,the demand forecast,supply ability,guarantee level,and countermeasures for exploitation,utilization and protection.And the paper goes on to look at the two basic methods,namely qualitative analysis and quantative analysis.It points out that qualitative analysis can divided into the method of mineral resource economic evaluation and economic forecast,which form the basic framework of mineral resource economic analysis.
