秦4甘薯的微茎尖脱毒快繁研究

摘    要:本研究通过对秦薯4号微茎尖剥离加变温处理的措施,诱导再生植株,获得脱毒原株,再通过优化培养基中植物生长调节剂的配比,建立脱毒试管苗快速繁殖繁的技术参数。结果表明:①添加有6-BA0.5mg/L和0.1 mg/LNAA的MS培养基较适用于秦薯4号脱毒单株快繁。②MS培养基和MB培养基对甘薯试管苗的增殖作用比B5和N6好。

Abstract:This research through stripping and variable temperature measures for Qinshu 4 micro shoot tip to induce regeneration plants, obtain virus-free original strains, then through optimizing composition of plant growth regulators in culture medium to establish technical parameters of rapid propagation of virus-free plantlets. The results show that: (1)MS medium with 6-BA 0.5mg/L and 0.1 mg/ LNAA is suitable for Qinshu 4 virus-free plant rapid propagation. (2)The proliferative effects of MS medium and MB medium for sweet potato vitro plantlets is better than B5 and N6 medium.
