| 摘 要： | 本文通过对两所高职院校与普通高校大学生艺术团实际情况的对比,认为二者在管理机制、人才培养等方面均存在差距。高职院校必须通过加强艺术团建设,将艺术团从团委的管理中分离,组建独立艺术中心,并且进行"演学结合"的发展模式,才能全面推进大学生素质教育。

| Abstract: | By comparing the actual situation of two college students troupes in vocational colleges, this paper thinks that the two colleges have gaps in management mechanisms and personnel training. Vocational colleges must separate the troupe from Communist Youth League management by strengthening the troupe construction, building an independent arts center, carting on ＂integration of playing and learning＂ development model, in order to comprehensively promote college students quality education. |
