海南省建设工程质量监督机构现状分析与制度改革研究

建设工程质量问题是事关人民群众切身利益的大问题,工程质量监督机构改革是作好新时期质量监督工作的先决条件。随着社会的发展,监督机构的一些管理模式已不能适应监督工作的发展变化,为了提高建设工程质量的监督水平,必须对原有工程质量监督机构进行改革,以便更好的适应建设工程监督管理的需要,本文首先分析了海南省建设工程质量监督机构的现状,然后针对海南省建设工程质量监督机构中存在的一些问题提出了一些改革措施。

Analysis of the Current Situation and Institution Reform of Construction Project Quality Supervision Institutions in Haiuan

The construction project is a big issue refers to the quality of people＇s vital interests; the reform of engineering quality supervision institutions is the prerequisite to do good quality supervision work in the new period. With the development of society, some supervision Institutions management mode could not meet the needs of the changing supervision work. In order to improve the level of construction quality supervision, reform must be carried out on the original project quality supervision institutions so as to better adapt to the supervision and management of construction projects needs. This paper analyzes the current situation of construction project quality supervision institutions in Hainan, and proposes some reform measures for the existing problems of Hainan construction projeet quality supervision institutions.
