摘    要:人性化管理,把开发人的潜能作为最主要的管理任务,以"人"为酒店核心资源,显得越来越重要。贯彻落实人本管理思想,有助于提高酒店内部的凝聚力,同时能提高酒店的核心竞争力。本文重点讨论这些可供我国酒店业思考和学习的国际化经验。

Abstract:The human-based management sets the potential development of human as the most important management task, sets " person" as the core resources of the hotel, and becomes more and more important. Implementing the human-based management ideas, can contribute to improve the hotel internal cohesion, and to enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel. This paper focuses on the discussion of these available for hotel industry to think and learn international experiences in China.
