| 摘 要： | 《酒店成本控制》是酒店管理专业的一门必修课程,针对该课程教材匮乏,理论教学比较空泛,实践教学缺乏落实等教学现状及问题,提出加强教材建设、实施多样化教学、现代化教学等改革措施,以期为酒店管理专业《酒店成本控制》课程教学改革与创新探索出一条切实可行的路径,实现酒店人才培养的现实需要。
