| 摘 要： | 人力资源管理已经越来越被企业所重视,要想实现企业利益最大化,人力资源管理的特殊性决定了风险控制的难度,企业发展一旦在人力资源风险控制出现漏洞,企业将面临极大的利益风险。基于此,本文拟从企业人力资源管理存在的问题,对人力资源管理风险认识,对如何进行风险控制进行思考。

| Abstract: | Human resource management has become increasingly valued by enterprises. In order to maximize the interests of enterprises, human resource management determines the difficulty of risk control. Once loopholes appear in risk control, the enterprise will corporate development of human resources in risk control once the loophole, companies face serious interest risk. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems in enterprise human resource management, discusses human resource management risk and how to control the risk. |
