基于阳光政府建设的信息公开制度构建探讨

政府设立目的就是为了满足人民的需求,阳光政府是人民对政府监督的前提,但如果没有完善的政府信息公开制度,阳光政府就不可能建成。我国在推进政府信息公开方面取得了可喜成绩,但也还存在很多问题。需要从完善立法、增强政府意识、司法救济和公民参与等方面努力。本文首先指出了政府信息公开制度中存在的问题,然后提出了完善我国政府信息公开制度的建议。希望对实际工作起到积极的指导作用。

Discussion on the Construction of Information Disclosure System Based on Sunshine Government Construction

The government set up to meet the needs of the people, sunshine government is a prerequisite for people to oversee the government, but if there is not perfect government information disclosure system, sunshine government would not be completed. China in promoting the government information disclosure has made gratifying achievements, but there still exists many problems, and needs to improve legislation, strengthen the consciousness of government, the judicial relief and the citizen participation efforts. This article firstly pointes out the government information disclosure system problems, then proposes sugessations to improve the government proposed information disclosure system in China is recommended, hopes to play an active role in actual guiding work.
