高原风电场安全管理

随着国家新能源规划作出重大调整,风资源开发以及风电场建设必将迎来新一轮的高潮。但我们国家大规模风电工程开始较晚,各方面经验尚少,尤其是高海拔风电场安全管理方面。本文结合全国首座高原示范风电场-华电阿克塞当金山风电场,从建设到运营,以安全部门的角度总结几点安管理方面的体会。

Safety Management of Highland Wind Farm

As a material adjustment to the country＆#39;s new energy plan, wind resource development and construction of wind farms will usher in a new round of high tide. However, large-scale wind power projects in China started late, experience in all aspects are still less, especially in high-altitude wind farm safety management. Combined with the first highland demonstrates wind farm in China- Huadian Akesai Dangjinshan wind farm, this paper summarizes several security management experience from construction to operation with the perspective of the security sector.
