对我国金融工程发展战略的几点思考

金融工程是一门利用工程技术的原理和方法，设计、开发与实施新型金融产品和金融服务的新兴学科。叙述了金融工程的基本理论，描述了金融工程的发展背景，总结了金融工程在我国理论界和实务层面的发展现状，分析研究了金融工程在我国发展需要解决的4个问题：形成基础金融产品市场均衡价格、培育大规模真正的市场主体、突破理论制约及培养金融工程专门人才。

Consideration on the Development of Financial Engineering in China

Financial engineering is a new subject to design,develop,and implement innovative financial products and services by using engineering principles and methods.This paper describes the basic theory of financial engineering and its development background,summarizes the theoretical and practical status of financial engineering in China.And then it points out that four barriers are indicated for the advancement financial engineering in China:one is the formation of balanced prices of the underlying financial instruments,the second is the formation of a large scale of market-oriented body,the third is to break through the theoretical barriers,and the last is to cultivate professionals of financial engineering.
