摘    要:知识管理的核心功能是将隐性知识显性化,以便于实现知识共享。本文首先揭示了经验知识管理的内涵与必要性;其次探讨了经验知识管理的内容、形式、层次和主体;同时也提出若干结论与建议。

Abstract:The core function of knowledge management is converting tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge,so to realize the sharing of knowledge.This article revealed the connotation and necessity of experience knowledge management,and elaborated the content,forms,hierarchy and agent of experience knowledge management.Finally,some conclusions were provided.
