论城市社区文化建设

社区文化是社会文明进步的产物,社区文化建设是一项加强社会主义精神文明与物质文明建设的社会工作.目前我国的城市社区文化存在着设施建设滞后、专业队伍建设薄弱、居民时文化活动参与度不高等问题.针对这些情况,要通过政府和社会的力量不断加强社区基础设施和文化队伍建设、完善城市社区文化建设管理体制以及提高居民文化活动的参与意识,从而提升社区的整体实力.

Community culture is the result of social civilization and progress,community culture construction is a social work to enhance socialistic spiritual and material civilization.At present,there are many problems in city community culture in our country,such as facilities construction lags behind,professional contingent construction is weak,and residents' participation degree in cultural activities is not high.Aiming at these problems,should with governmental and social strength constantly enhance basic community facilities and culture contingent construction,perfect city community culture construction management system,advance residents' participation awareness in cultural activities,thereby advance general community strength.
