| Abstract: | The paper first analyzes the current situation of and existing problems in the construction of the logistics legal system in China and in view of the actuality of the formulation of laws and regulations for the logistics industry,argues that logistics legalization should be pushed forward steadily and in order,with several specific measures proposed. |
