摘    要:
将SCM真实操作的业务以及企业内部业务操作,结合物流专业课程,经过整合,分解并规划设计成十个实验,充分考虑供应链中信息共享与物流服务这些影响供应链效率的因素。重点突出供应链集成与战略伙伴的概念,实验软件采用组件式开发,可以单独完成实验,也可以组成小组按照角色分工,共同完成,实验难度可由指导教师调整与掌控。

Abstract:
The paper decomposes and re-integrates the actual operations and activities within the enterprise or along the supply chain into ten experiments which fully considers such factors as information sharing and logistics services which influence the efficiency of the supply chain.The resultant course mainly focuses on the concept of supply chain integration and strategic partnership and the softwares for the experiments are component based which can be conducted individually or collectively in groups with role-based division of labor,the difficulty of which is adjusted and controlled by the instructors.
