| 摘 要： | 对食品冷链物流企业管理的目标进行了描述,指出了第三方物流(3PL)对促进冷链物流发展的积极作用,最后,从建立供应链管理的战略理念,统一制定冷链物流总体发展规划,到建设现代化的冷链配送中心的探讨,由浅至深地提出了一系列关于冷链物流外包动作管理的对策和措施,以确保食品安全下冷链物流外包运作。

| Abstract: | The paper first describes the management objectives of food cold chain logistics enterprises,points out the positive effect 3PL has on the development of cold chain logistics and finally gives a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the management of cold chain logistics outsourcing including establishing the strategic knowledge of supply chain management,unifying the overall development planning of cold chain logistics and building modern cold chain distribution centers,etc. |
