贸易政策与市场支配力的理论与实践述评

近20年来,报酬递增和不完全竞争的引入对国际贸易理论产生了巨大的影响,垄断竞争模型为将产业组织理论与贸易理论联系起来的新贸易理论的发展提供了契机。本文尝试着通过分析国外诸多经济学家对贸易政策与市场支配力关系这一令人关注的问题进行的大量理论和实证方面的研究,希望得出几点有意义的政策建议,以期促进尚处于入世过渡期的我国相关贸易政策的完善。

Theoretical and Practical Comment on Trade Policies and Market Power

In recent 20 years, the introduction of increasing returns and imperfect competition has produced great impact on international trade theories. The mode of monopolized competition has provided an opportunity for new trade theories based on the combination of theories of industrial organization with trade theories. This paper, through analyzing the theoretical and practical study of the relationship between trade policies and market power by economists home and abroad, hopes to gain some helpful advice on policies, which will promote the perfection of trade policies in China who is in the transition period of WTO entry.
