现代城市新核“城市综合体”交通问题探析

在集约发展、新城市主义、混合用地等理论发展背景下产生的城市综合体,其本身就具有高效利用城市土地资源、有效缓解城市交通压力、提升城市公共空间品质等方面的优势。但是,城市综合体这个现代都市的新事物、新核心,其自身也有很多规划设计的核心问题需要进行理论的探讨和实践的检验,其中交通问题就是一个比较重要而且复杂、亟需研究的问题。本文通过对相关综合体的概念定义、分类进行梳理,其内外交通特性进行分析总结,最后对其交通组织布局提出相应的建议与策略。

Analyzing Traffic Problem of the Modern City's New Nuclear "Urban HOPSCA"

Urban complex which produced in the context of the theoretical development of intensive development,New Urbanism,mixed land-use etc.has the advantages of efficient use urban land resources,mitigating the traffic congestion effectively and improving the quality of urban public space.While urban complex-the innovation new core has its own problems about planning and designing.It needs for theoretic discussion and practice examination.One of them is the traffic problem which is an important complex and urgent research problem.By sorting out the concept definition and classification,the paper analyzes and summarizes the internal and external traffic characteristics of complex,finally puts suggestions and strategies to its allocation of transportation.
