联合支护巷修技术在大断面巷道牛鼻子交岔点的应用

由于受22地区采面采动的影响,冯营公司三号交岔点134米至188.5米,以及东绕道25米、东西通道17米,大部分碹体顶破裂、掉渣严重,传统的方法只能是架设U型钢支护,这样做不但消耗大量的人力、物力、而且效果也不佳。在U型钢支架与金属网的基础上通过喷浆注浆来提高围岩的整体性,并且通过对牛鼻子施行加固工艺,来达到减轻巷道破坏程度的目的,保证了支护质量,确定了施工工艺、支护方式和支护参数,取得了良好的支护效果。

Combined Support Tunnel Repairing Technique and Its Application in Large Section Roadway Cow's Nose Crossing

Due to the influence of 22 regional surface mining,most of the arch top ruptures and has severe dregs in 134 to 188.5 m of Fengying Company No.3 crossing point,the eastern bypass 25 m and the 17 m of east and west channel.The traditional method can only erect U-shaped steel support,which not only consumes large amounts of manpower,material,and the results are poor.On the basis of the U-shaped steel bracket with metal mesh,we can improve the integrity of the surrounding rock by the shotcreting and grouting,and implement the reinforcement process through cow’s nose construction to reduce the roadway damage,ensure the supporting quality and determine the construction process,the way of support and support parameters,which has achieved good supporting effect.
