| Abstract: | Cost control in the management of real estate development enterprises has important work.Enterprises must focus on cost control in order to make an absolute advantage in the fierce competition,ensure their healthy and stable development.This article is to analyze the cost control of specific project for a real estate project of Chaoyang District in Beijing,to realize dynamic control of cost management of real estate development companies in bidding stage,providing some suggestions for the majority of workers. |
