企业技术创新产权激励的现状分析及对策探讨

技术创新在当下经济市场中占有着越来越重要的地位,而我国的技术创新却严重不足,其关键原因在于激励成效低下。本文通过总结我国企业对产权激励技术创新的探索经验,分析了当前我国企业技术创新的产权激励模式现状,在此基础上归纳了产权激励的影响因素,并提出了有关改进产权激励以促进我国技术进步的对策。

Status Analysis and Strategy Exploration of Property Incentive for Enterprise Technology Innovation

Technological innovation plays an increasingly important role in the current economic market,while Chinese enterprises have serious shortage of technological innovation,and the key reason is the ineffective incentives.This paper summarizes the experience of property incentives for technological innovation in Chinese enterprises,and analyzes the current property rights of China’s technological innovation incentive model status,on this basis,sums up the impact of property incentive factors,and proposed incentives for improving the property in order to promote technological progress of Chinese response.
