| 摘 要： | 随着各类炼油工艺的日益进步和装置规模化生产的逐步发展,各类炼化设备的规模和能力也屡创新高,设备结构、尺寸、材质等日新月异,从而给设备的制造、运输和安装带来极大挑战。针对超大型加热炉等结构复杂、尺寸庞大的炼化设备,采用模块化制造和安装工艺是较好的解决方案。本文以1000万吨/年常减压蒸馏装置加热炉安装为例,对大型加热炉类设备的模块化安装方法进行研究总结,为其他类似工程提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the increasing progress of the various refinery processes and the gradual development of the device large-scale production,the size and capabilities of the various types of refinery equipment gets a high level,and the device structure,size,material has a rapid progress,which brings a tremendous challenge to device manufacturing,transport and installation.For the complicated structure of very large furnace and the huge size of refining equipment,modular manufacturing and installation process is a better solution.Taking 10 million tons/year crude distillation unit furnace installation for example,modular installation method for large-scale furnace equipment is studied and concluded,to provide a reference for other similar projects. |
