| 摘 要： | 本文在阐述碳金融相关概念和背景的基础上,分析了我国碳金融市场的现状,并发掘出长春市商业银行在开展碳金融业务发面存在的问题,并有针对性地提出我市商业银行发展碳金融业务的有效措施与手段,进而推动我市商业银行碳金融市场的进一步全面发展。

| Abstract: | Based on expounding the related concept and background of carbon finance,this paper analyzes the status quo of China’s carbon finance market,and explores the problems of Changchun city commercial bank in carrying out carbon financial business,and proposed the effective measures and means of developing carbon finance business for Changchun city commercial bank,thus promoting further comprehensive development of carbon financial market of Changchun city commercial bank. |
