关于加强高校房地产档案管理的几点思考

高校房地产档案管理工作是学校的重要基础工作之一,关系学校的生存和发展。然而我国的高校房地产档案管理存在诸多问题,主要包括:管理理念和管理方式落后;工作制度不健全;管理人员素质偏低;信息化管理不足,没有实现资源共享。本文提出了改进的建议:改变观念,不断创新房地产档案管理工作;完善并落实房地产档案管理制度;提高房地产档案管理人员综合素质;实现高校房地产档案信息化管理和资源共享。

Thoughts on Strengthening University Real Estate Archives Management

For colleges and universities,the real-estate archive management is one of the key fundamental works concerning the survival and development of schools.Whereas,the real-estate archive management of Chinese colleges and universities has many problems,mainly including: out-of-date management concepts and methods;incomplete working system;inferior management staff’s qualities;and insufficient information system management without the fulfillment of resource sharing.This thesis proposed the relevant suggestions for improvement: change concepts and continuously innovate new real-estate archive management;perfect and fulfill the relevant management system;improve the relevant comprehensive qualities of the management staff;and realize the information system management and resource sharing of the real-estate archives for colleges and universities.
