浅谈提升我军自主创新能力

从全球的视角看,我军的自主创新能力比较薄弱,仍然处于对外国技术的模仿或适应期。自主创新是关系国家安危、民族前途命运的大事,是国防竞争力的核心。提高部队在信息化条件下的作战能力,关键在于提升我军高科技武器核心技术的自主创新能力。提升创新应高度重视潜人才培养,造就大批创新人才;制定有效创新激励政策,激发自主创新动力;积极构建创新实践机制,大力开展创新活动。

Improving Our Troops' Ability of Independent Innovation

From the perspective of the world,our troops’ ability of independent innovation is weak,and still imitates and adapts to foreign technology.Independent innovation is related to national security,and prospect and destiny,and is the core of national defense competiveness.The key of improving troops’ fighting ability under information condition is to improve our troops’ ability of independent innovation on core technique of scientific and technical weapons.For improve the innovation ability,we should attach great importance to talent cultivation,create innovation talents,formulate effective innovation simulating mechanism to simulate the motive power of independent innovation,actively construct innovation practice mechanism,and vigorously develop innovative activities.
