To Build Service-oriented Government and Improve the Efficiency of Government Management

To build a state with an adequate legal system and build a harmonious socialist society is an important strategic decision-making of the party since the reform and opening up.At the same time it need to build a service-oriented government,improve government efficiency,and improve social management and public service functions.This is the first time that our party proposes to build a service-oriented government since it is built and it has important and far-reaching significance for our country’s future development.
