摘    要:在竞争日益激烈的市场中,我国的会展企业面临严重的挑战,会展项目的同质化、客户严重流失等问题严重困扰会展业的发展。如何使我国会展业健康成长,成为广大学者和企业家关注的焦点;与此同时,客户关系管理在现代企业管理中扮演越来越重要的角色,并且成为当今企业管理理论研究的热点之一。

Abstract:The increasingly fierce market competition has brought about great challenges to Chinese convention and exhibition enterprises. Such as problems as project homogeneity and customer loss have seriously hinder its further development, Since CRM plays a more and more important role in moder management, it has become a hot issue attracting academic circles and entrepreneurs involved.
