| 摘 要： | 本文初步阐述了添附制度的概念以及添附制度作为物权取得的重要方式之一的原因和法理基础,然后从附合、混合和加工三方面详细展开了对于附合财产所有权归属问题的处理,通过对各国立法不同和学说争论的比较,论述在不同情况下添附财产的归属判定原则。
