我国公务员绩效考核的现存问题及改进策略

摘    要:绩效评估是现代政府管理的前沿课题,而公务员绩效考核体制的建立与完善是提高政府绩效的重要途径。当前我国公务员绩效考核方面还存在着很多问题。通过对我国公务员绩效考核方面存在考核标准过于笼统,重定性考核、忽视定量考核、考核程序流于形式,民主化、公开化程度不高,绩效考核目的不明确;激励机制不健全等问题。改进我国公务员的绩效考核应营造绩效考核的文化技术环境,实现考核制度化、法律化,加强考核程序的民主化、公开化,定性考核与定量考核相结合,强调激励管理的参与性,增加下属人员的发展机会。
