完善我省高等教育投入机制的策略研究

安徽省现行高等教育投入机制还存在改革滞后、政府投入不足、教育收费制度不合理等问题。因此必须加大政府拨款的力度、变革财政拨款机制,并建立以市场为导向的筹资模式,形成以多渠道的高等教育投入机制。

Research on the Strategy of Higher Education Investment Mechanism Perfection in Anhui Province

There still exist such issues as reform delay,insufficient investment by the government,and unreasonable educational charge system in the current higher education investment mechanism in Anhui Province.Hereby it is necessary to reinforce the government grant practice and change the financial allocation,and establish the financing mode in the market orientation for the formation of multi-channel higher education investment mechanism.
