| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略已成为世界各国经济、社会发展的共同目标。如何计量可持续发展能力是一个需重点解决的核心问题。利用神经网络自寻优特性且充分考虑系统自发展动态过程的惯性影响,可较准确地确定同级指标下各组成权重。在目前社会发展形势下,经济子系统不可避免地对区域综合发展起着支撑作用。对于环境和科教发展的政策倾斜也较好地弥补了原有经济发展模式对可持续发展水平的负面冲击。经济体制自身的适时调整和改革是维持可持续发展的关键。

| Abstract: | Sustainable development has been regarded as the common goal of development of both economy and society by all the countries of the world.How to determine the ability of sustainable development is a key issue to be solved.By using the optimal property of neural network and full consideration of the inertia effect of dynamic process of the system development can accurately determine the index weight of each component.In the current social development situation,economic subsystem is inevitable to regional comprehensive development.The policy inclination for the environment and the development of science and technology is also better up for the original model of economic development and the negative impact on the level of the sustainable development.Their own timely adjust and reform of economic system is the key to maintain the sustainable development. |
