农村市场信息供给失衡问题研究

文章从供给主体和需求主体的行为入手，分析了导致我国农村市场信息供给失衡的逻辑机理，从而得出我国自上而下的供给决策机制，导致的需求主体话语权缺失，需求评判机制失灵，供给主体动力不足，才是问题的根源。以此为逻辑起点，提出创立供求有效互动的服务模式，发挥需求评判的作用，真正建立起地方政府的内生动力，自觉地改善服务质量，从而促进农村市场信息供给失衡问题的有效解决。

A Study of Market Information Supply Imbalance in the Rural Areas

This paper discusses the logic mechanism which causes market information supply imbalance from the perspective of supplier's and demander's behaviors. We conclude that this problem arises from the lack of demanders' right of speech, the malfunction of demand assessment mechanism and the insufficient motivation for suppliers. Based on this logic starting point, we suggest that it is necessary to create effective service model of interaction between supply and demand and to develop the demand assessment mechanism. Finally, in order to accelerate the effective solution to the rural market information supply imbalance, we must consciously improve the quality of service, together with stimulating local governments' endogenous dynamics.
