摘    要:猕猴桃多糖是猕猴桃的主要有效成分之一,具有调节免疫、抗病毒、抗氧化等功能,本文从其化学组成及含量、生物活性、炮制方法三方面综述,并探讨猕猴桃多糖的开发前景,为猕猴桃的合理开发利用提供参考。

Research Progress and Development Prospect of Actinidia Polysaccharide
Abstract:Actinidia polysaccharide is one of the main ingredients of Actinidia, it has the functions of regulating immunity, anti-virus and anti-oxidation. In this paper, the polysaccharide of kiwi fruit was reviewed from there aspects, which include: chemical composition and content, biological activity, extraction methods. Furthermore, the development prospect of Actinidia polysaccharide was discussed and a reasonable provided of the development of Actinidia.
