摘 要: | 随着社会经济的快速发展,社会市场中对人才的要求也在逐渐发生相应的转变,除了专业的技能之外,人们逐渐开始关注人才的创新思维和能力,这也就表示在人才培养的过程中,需要加强培养和提升学生的创新思维。为了适应社会时代的发展与进步,当前在烹饪教学中也逐渐开始重视培养学生的创新思维。基于此,针对在烹饪教学的过程中应该如何培养学生的创新思维进行分析,对学生创新思维的提升以及对创新人才的培养具有重要的意义和作用。

Abstract: | With the rapid development of social economy, the social demand for talents in the market is gradually changed, in addition to professional skills, people gradually begin to pay attention to talents and innovative thinking ability, this means that in the process of cultivating talents, we need to strengthen the cultivation and improvement of students' creative thinking. In order to adapt to the development and progress of the social era, the current teaching of cooking has gradually began to attach importance to training students' innovative thinking. Based on this, how to cultivate students' innovative thinking in the process of cooking teaching was analyzed, which has important meaning and function to enhance students' innovative thinking and the cultivation of innovative talents. |
