摘    要:随着经济的快速发展,我国或多或少也出现一些安全问题,尤其是食品安全问题,如三聚氰胺等事件让人们对我国食品安全产生极大怀疑,对人们的生活造成严重的影响,也让社会变得人心惶惶。我国正致力于研发新的技术检测不良商家的食品,本文分析和阐述食品检验的应用与意义,微生物检测技术的特点及技术分类和方法,以便了解食品安全的检验,并更好地应用微生物检测技术,杜绝我国食品安全问题。

Application of Microbiological Testing Technology in Food Inspection
Abstract:With the rapid development of economy, our country has more or less some security problems, especially the food safety problems, such as newborn babies eat milk powder containing melamine become big head doll events such as all let people's food safety in China caused a great deal of doubt and inlfuence on people’s life. Countries are for technical research and development of undesirable businessman food for testing. In this paper, the application and signiifcance of food inspection, characteristics and technology of microbial detection technology in food inspection classiifcation and methods are analyzed and expounded. So that an understanding of food safety inspection and application of microbial detection technology, better put an end to food safety problems in our country.
