Abstract: | With the development of economy, food safety problem attracts more and more attention. Using rapid method in the food microbiological detection not only can detect the microorganism in food and improve the detection effciency, but also can ensure the safety of the people's health and food. In order to improve food safety and promote the sustainable development of food industry, this paper discusses the rapid detection methods in food microbiological detection. |
