The Analyses on CB-M&A in the East Asia and Implication

This article explores the trend of the cross-border mergers and Acquisitions (CB-M&A) in the East Asia, its purchase and sale distribution, and effects on Asian economies. It is believed herein that cross-border mergers and acquisitions in East Asia goes up with cross-border sale overrunning the purchase, which renders strength to the East Asia ,particularly to China (mainland) and South Korea, in funds, technique and corporation governance. However, with the East Asia, some risks with CB-M&A would be counter-fronted, which needs special caution of the economies of the region.
