| Abstract: | Mergers and acquisitions(M & A)is an necessary essential strategy of overseas investment.As an important way of financing,bank credit continues to play an important role in company M & A around the world.According to the characteristics of overseas M & A of domestic enterprises form 2008,this paper analyzes the development and the risk of domestic M & A,and brings forward suggestions about it. |
