| Abstract: | Taking the validity of medium target of monetary policy as a standard and employing econometrics method, the article demonstrates the fact that the invalidity of monetary policy does not result from taking loan summation as the medium target, but from the increasing influence of financial innovation. The medium target of loan summation is gradually replaced by the medium target of money supply. |
