| 摘 要： | 目前，我国的创业板市场即将付诸实施。就上市条件、交易规则、首日竞价及停市规定等方面来看，创业板市场具备真正的市场化。而创业板市场也会给主板市场和广大的投资造成一定的影响。因此，对创业板市场应进行合理定位并严格监管，以使我国的创业板市场走上健康发展的道路。

| Abstract: | GEM of China will be put into practice in the near future. GEM will fully abide by the rules of market in the terms of listing requirements, trading regulations, competitive pricing on the first day and market closing rules. GEM will also have some influences on the main market and investors. Therefor, GEM must be well orientated and strictly supervised to secure the healthy development of GEM. |
